I have always had an interest in complementary therapies and my aim is for you to feel better about yourself physically and mentally after your visit with either a course of treatments or a one off treatment. Since being introduced to Reflexology and Indian Head Massage many years ago I have regular treatments myself which I believe help keep me healthy and balanced. I have been so impressed with the results and how they make me feel that I have trained in both therapies. Treatments may be booked directly via email, text, or telephone. All treatments carried out in my therapy room at home with parking available. A short consultation will be carried out before your first treatment.
