I have worked with a large number of individuals over the past 35 years, successfully treating a wide array of emotional and behavioural conflicts.

I offer a strictly confidential and personalised approach with emphasis on Clinical Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

My mission is to restore the mental health and well being of my clients, working closely with them, and empowering them with the most effective and efficient methods and tools, to restore mental harmony.

The truth about your health & happiness is this; it's an inside job. That's right! Your heath & happiness comes from your ability to process your world in a positive way, clear away the blocks, and focus your mind on the positives.
