Hello :-) I’m Sarah and I guide ladies and gents just like you, who are struggling with long term pain and chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, migraines, anxiety and chronic inflammation, on a healing journey of how to get rid of your pain, deal with negative emotions that are effecting your life and start planning for your life beyond pain

Now if you’re like most of my lovely clients, you’re over 18 years old, struggling with long term pain and chronic conditions, and you have tried the “normal” pathway of visiting your GP, sitting in clinics, trying medication/injections/ surgery and yet here you are, still in pain! Your life is seriously comprised by your pain and your conditions, you can’t do the things you want to do, you can’t go to the places you want to go and you’ve got to that place in your life when you say to yourself “there just must be another way” (Even though the experts say there’s nothing more they can do for you and you “just” need to get on with it – thank you for that!)

Well I'm here to tell you that you don't need to do that and that thankfully there is another way!

After 10+ years of working with my clients on both a 1:1 basis and group sessions, I have realised that there is a need for an in-depth, comprehensive program that will help people just like you, who have ‘tried everything’ to end your pain and symptoms that just won’t go away.

And so each month I work one on one with a small number of private clients, from all over the world, who have been selected as appropriate for this private 1:1 program.

My own journey discovering the benefits of holistic therapies started over 15 yrs, and when my daughter started suffering with migraines when she was just a baby, my own healing & discovery journey commenced.

Using a combination of techniques, that I have learnt along the way, I have developed a system that looks at the whole picture of why you are in pain, working physically, mentally and emotionally.

By looking at the reason you are in pain and not just dealing with the symptoms, you are much more likely to heal the conditions for good. And along the way heal many old wounds that you didn't even realise were still bothering you!
