Yoga at The Space

General information

The Space is a beautiful community based yoga space in a very special part of Dorset, the beautiful Studland village, surrounded by stunning countryside and just minutes from the beach. Formerly a Wesleyan Chapel, we have renovated it to create a light, bright and warm practice space.
Anyone can do yoga, no matter what age or level of fitness and whether they have done it before or are complete beginners. More than everything else we believe that it should be about creating a sense of community as people come to together to practice.
We run classes, retreat days and workshops including Ashtanga Yoga guided self - practice (Mysore) classes, Beginner's courses, Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga for Teens workshops, as well other specialist workshops, intensive practice weeks and private classes. We are also really excited to have some amazing guest teachers here too throughout the year.
