I am a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and coach, running a private practice in Sheffield. With over 20 years experience in Learning and Development, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. I am also a tutor at the prestigious Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis.
I started off my career as a dance teacher and my understanding of how body techniques and visualisations led to greater awareness and improvement in performance led me to study the power of the mind in more depth.
