General information

We are a co-operative of 8 highly skilled, AOR accredited Reflexologists based in Cardiff and the surrounding area, that collaborate to provide taster treatments for people who attend local events, charity events and festivals, organise Reflex Parties, run Parent and Baby Reflex classes and provide tailor made

presentations and taster session packages for businesses, Corporations and Sports clubs.

We all trained together at Inspira, Premier Academy of Reflexology and Reiki in Cardiff, for the Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology taught by Sue Evans and Anne Strange, who between them have over forty years of knowledge and experience in the field of Reflexology and Reiki.

During the course, we not only learned about the complexities and Art of Reflexology as a form of healing, we also embarked on a journey of self discovery , self healing and self empowerment.

Sharing this journey , we inevitably grew closer together, so much so that we decided to collaborate, exchanging information, skills and experiences and offering support to each other.

We also run individual Complementary Therapy clinics in and around the Cardiff area to treat individuals on a one to one basis.

What we offer

We offer a Sole Sisters experience!

We attend your event as a group of AOR accredited Reflexologists

We have our own publicity:- a banner which we hang, leaflets that we hand out, and branded T shirts that we wear.

How we operate

We bring all of our own equipment (including specialist Reflexology chairs, stools and hygiene materials) with us.

We set up before the event starts and close down after the event finishes.

We present ourselves as a group, wearing the same T shirts, hand out the same publicity and work at the same pace.

We offer your participants 15 minute treatments, either for FREE or for a small fee (usually £5)

We have a booking system in place, so that participants can select their desired time of treatment. This allows them to continue enjoying the event in the knowleged that they have secured a slot with us.

No queues, No waiting NO STRESS!

What you gain

If you are a charity event then we will offer our services for FREE.

If you are organising any other type of event, then you can either book us and Pre pay a negotiated fee for our services ,so that your attendees don't have to pay, or we will pay for a stall and charge a small fee for a treatment.

If you are Charity, awarding prizes or doing a raffle, then we are happy to contribute FREE Gift Vouchers for FREE 1hr Reflexology treatments with us at our clinics, as a prize.

We look Professional, and more importantly we are Professionals so we will be an asset to your event.

We give your participants highly specialised treatments that will be tailor made to suite their needs

We offer your participants an opportunity to Relax and Unwind, De stress and Detox, and experience a wonderfully healing treatment

Our presence at your event will be a valuable one, hopefully adding to the success of your event and providing an incentive for participants to return to any future events you run.

We offer your participants the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of Reflexology through having a treatment, with the possibility of them returning to us at a later date for a full Reflexology treatment to be given.

When there is a stall/marquee Fee to pay at events, we earn money for every treatment we give

Reflexology Pamper parties

These are an Original and Fun way to spend valuable time, de-stressing and relaxing with your friends and family.

Parties can be arranged for any occasion

This involves one or more of the AOR accredited Sole Sisters reflexologists coming to your home to give yourself and your guest a 15 or 30 minute taster session of Reflexology.

How Can Reflexology Benefit Babies and Children?

Reflexology helps to stimulate your child's natural healing process.

As with adults, regular treatments boost the immune system and help prevent illness or speed up the recovery process.

Tiny Toes Therapy.

Tiny Toes Therapy is a specialised technique of Reflexology for babies. Techniques are taught on a one to one basis or in small groups.

Sole Sisters Reflexologists will shortly be qualifying in Tiny Toes Therapy and details of courses will be online soon.
