Massage is great for relaxation; stress relief; improved mental and emotional well-being; relief of chronic pain caused by conditions such as RSI, back issues, frozen shoulder; relaxing tense tight muscles and removes knots; detoxifying the body through removal of waste products, toxins, excess fluid; improving muscle tone; improving skin condition. I am a great believer in the therapeutic value of pure essential oils so have produced my own range of massage oils that smell wonderful, and which can be stimulating or deeply relaxing and everything in between.
