Michelle Dyson (nee Deussen) is an experienced Pilates Foundation accredited and trained instructor offering both matwork and small equipment classes in and around Oxford. One to one and small group sessions including couples sessions are available she is able to deal with pre and post natal and specialises in injury rehabilitation excercising the lymphatic system and working with people being treated for or recovering from breast cancer.
