General information

After trying just about every diet known to man, and losing and gaining the same weight over and over again, I've finally found a plan that works, and I truly believe in. I'd confused myself with a lifetime of fad diets, and wanted to start afresh and re-educate myself on healthy eating and portion control. With support from my own consultant, and the easy to follow plan, my weight loss results came quickly. I am now maintaining my weight, and a healthy BMI.

I can offer appointments from my home office. I'm a Mum to 2 young children, and understand childcare constraints, so if you have little ones, you can bring them with you if you'd prefer.
