General information
I have been teaching yoga since 2008 and practicing for 2001. In that time Yoga has pathed the way for positive changes in my life. I am a calmer, happier, more stable and comfortable person than I was 12 years ago. Using a Vanda scaravelli approach to Yoga, I endeavour to pass these feelings onto my students, so that they may feel the same way.
