• Two-way e-mail correspondence, giving an
opportunity for individual feedback
• Held every Wednesday from
4.30 pm - 5.30 pm and 5.45 pm - 6.45 pm
at Loughton Methodist Church

Each session will begin with a mental game, developing mental agility, thereafter a key skill will be taught, then applied.
All sessions are delivered in a fun and friendly manner.
