General information
CrossFit Volentia is a 3,000 square foot training facility with a shower and changing facilities, a lounge area and a small coffee counter service. Our gym floor features a bespoke multi-purpose training rig with 6 squat racks, 14 pull-up bars, and gymnastic rings, along with an Olympic weightlifting platform and a set of jerk boxes. Our equipment includes kettlebells, soft and wooden plyometric boxes, wall balls, barbells and bumper plates, Rx skipping ropes, ab mats and rowing machines, sourced from the best suppliers of UK CrossFit equipment.
