Since the 17th Century when Descartes did a deal with the pope that he could have dead bodies to dissect in return for leaving mind and soul alone; mind/body medicine went two separate ways but of course they interact with one another!
The circles that are in your life are because biologically speaking, your body is a machine. You respond automatically to stimulus around you.
My Belief
People are a mass of chemical reactions within the body dictated by the individual’s thoughts and belief system. These chemical reactions cause the body to behave a certain way unconsciously and without question.
Because of this, behaviour is automatic. There is no free will.
When you discover this, you have free will.
People want to changed but can’t. They may change for a while but eventually they give up and go back to their same old ways. There is a reason for this that I want to share with you.
