Don the Handyman

General information

Hi there! My name is Don Wilson.

I have had my own Don the Handyman business for 13 years, and I am also a qualified plumber.

As a child, I was obsessed with Meccano and Lego, and as a teenager, had a small business repairing and rebuilding bicycles.

When I left school, I did a 4- year apprenticeship as a Mechanical Engineer, before becoming a Building Services Engineer, dealing with heating, ventilating and air conditioning.

I have undertaken many house refurbishments, and have a good appreciation of what improvements to do in order to increase property value.

Because of this, I understand the frustration of not being able to find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen. In particular, someone to do a wide variety jobs around the house - some small, and some of the more involved projects.

As a result, I offer a broad- based service for household maintenance and repairs, as well as undertaking comprehensive bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.

I appreciate that I will be working in your home, and I am completely trustworthy, reliable and friendly. I carry out all the work myself and provide excellent value for money. I do not cut corners and always provide a completely professional service.
