When I first became interested in hypnotherapy back in 2007 for reasons due to my ill health and well being, little did I realise how powerful this journey would be!! It still continues to amaze me to this day!! The power of your Sub-conscious mind is phenomenal and if utilised in the correct way can create wonderful, amazing, powerful results in all areas of your life. After receiving hypnotherapy sessions regarding Electrical Sensitivity (EHS) and later Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, it opened my mind to the positive changes we can make just by changing our thoughts!! As we think so we are!! Remember the old saying ‘As above, So below’ …. what you think consciously will impress itself on your sub-conscious mind therefore creating your reality. I have had living proof of this with the EHS experience, changing my thoughts and how I thought and reacted about the illness and dis-ease changed my reality to the point I now no longer experience EHS at all and remain in remission from Cancer from 7 years ago.

With the guided help of a wonderful hypnotherapist, I was able to change the way I looked at my experience and to see it from a different perspective. This is what gives it the WOW factor!! To this day, I owe the changes I made and experienced in those hypnotherapy sessions to be where I am now. Having received amazing coaching, intensive training and gaining my Certificate in Hypnotherapy plus my Diploma in Hypnotherapy from Jacqueline Panchaud, founder of 'The College of Inspirational Hypnotherapy' based in West Sussex near London, which is an approved training course by The Hypnotherapy Association, I now run my own successful Hypnotherapy business helping clients acheive success in their life, health and well being.

Having a special interest in EHS and Cancer, has allowed me to adapt and create amazing results in a very positive and successful way. Applying techniques within hypnosis sessions successfully. It’s so rewarding to receive the wonderful feedback from clients and hear of the changes they have made to their lives... sometimes completely life changing, it’s very humbling.

Whether it be for confidence, hay fever, exam nerves, habits, depression, stress, weight control, I personalise the therapy around you. I run a non-script hypnotherapy centre thus making it more of a wonderful personal experience for my client, allowing and helping you to make the positive changes you require to move forward in a positive way in your life.
