Creature Comforts Wales is a family run business.
The areas we cover are : Radyr, Morganstown, Gwaelod Y Garth, Taffswell, Tongynlais, Rhiwbina, Whitchurch, Llandaff North, Llandaff, Fairwater, Canton, St Fagans, Pentyrch and Creigiau.
We have a wealth of experience in caring for animals offering a pet sitting service tailored to the specific needs of the clients and their pets.

We come to your house so you are able to go away safe in the knowledge that your beloved pets are being well cared for in their own familiar environment.

We pride ourselves in offering more than just a ‘pet sitting’ service. We can administer medication and see to any special dietary requirements. Also we know the importance of interacting with cats and dogs through play to avoid boredom, so this is always factored into our visits.

Initial Consultation

We offer a free home visit where we meet you to discuss your requirements and your pet’s needs. At this visit if you are happy we can finalise the arrangements and if appropriate we can take a set of keys (we can arrange to collect keys at a later date if you prefer although additional travel costs will be incurred). Your keys are held securely in our safe.

For regular clients we can keep a set of keys for short notice or emergency situations.

If you require our services outside of these areas, and if we have any availability, an additional charge may be required to cover travel costs incurred.

Prices

Cat Sitting

1 visit per day – from £8

2 visits per day – from £15

Prices are based on up to 4 cats additional cats are charged at £1 per cat.

Small Animal Sitting

1 visit per day – £8

Prices are based on up to 2 cages, additional cages are charged at £1 per cage.

Birds & Exotic Pets

1 visit per day – £8

Prices are based on up to 2 cages/vivariums, additional cages are charged at £1 per cage.

Dog Walking

30 minute walk – £10

1 hour walk – £12

Puppy Visiting

45 minute visit – £12

Additional Charges

Bank Holidays are charged at double rate

Additional travel costs (where applicable) will be charged at 50p per mile.

Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer or cheque payment.
