General information

Reflexology is a non-invasive calming complementary health treatment whereby the feet are massaged and manipulated.

The principal behind reflexology is that the feet represent a mirror image of the body’s organs, systems, muscles and glands. Energy runs through the body in channels known as meridians. By massaging and applying gentle pressure to particular reflex points in the feet, thousands of nerve endings are stimulated which can help the body to achieve balance. This aids in the body healing itself and achieving physical and mental well-being.
