The Light Yoga Space is a beautiful independently run yoga studio purely focused on Sivananda yoga.
All our yoga classes follow the Sivananda Yoga Class Sequence a Classical Sequence of Hatha Yoga Postures (Asanas), Relaxation, and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) originating from India and practiced by yogis and spiritual seekers for thousands of years.
The Light Yoga Space studio is tucked away in a converted warehouse in De Beauvoir Village in Dalston, Hackney.
The Light Yoga Space was established in 2009 by Janice Kate Fisher and Peter Vestergaard both highly experienced and fully trained Sivananda yoga teachers deeply committed to the practice and teachings of Sivananda Yoga.
