Boss Hogs ethos is to serve great tasting food in an entertaining and relaxed informal manner at reasonable prices. Fine Dinning and Haute Cuisine is not what we're about as somebody once said if you want Haute Cuisine expect to pay an extra 30 to 40%.
Our range of dishes are all about getting messy just imagine a giant bread roll filled with HOT ROAST PORK oozing apple sauce & stuffing and topped with delicious crispy crackling,
Los Gauchos is the trading name of our street food business serving a range of Latin/ Central American style food all authentically cooked over hot embers (gas is for amateurs) on our custom made grills and churrascos. We also serve some North American favorites such as pulled Pork, Texan Brisket, and Sweet and Sticky Ribs cooked low n slow with our own rubs and Sauces
All this served without the presence of any pretentiousness. We don't take ourselves seriously we're just a bunch of guys who love to cook & serve great food whilst having a bit of banter and a beer whilst ensuring your party guests are well fed and hopefully entertained into the bargain.
