Hello!

I am a Soft Tissue Therapist with a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). I have also been working in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor for the last 10 years.

Massage Therapy is a hands-on treatment, which manipulates the body’s soft tissues including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. It can help to treat discomfort caused by the stresses and strains of everyday life or work, dysfunction caused by over-used muscles, or chronic pain caused by an injury or ongoing condition. It can also aid and speed up recovery from training or competitions, improve athletic performance and maintain muscle health to help prevent injury.

Sports and remedial massage is more than ‘just a massage’ and can help anyone of all ages and from all walks of life suffering with muscular aches and pains – not just people who play sport or exercise regularly. I use a range of soft tissue therapy techniques, depending on the specific need or condition, and tailor my treatments to suit each individual client.
