General information
I am a RYT 200 which is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (this means my training met the necessary standards and I continue to update my professional knowledge throughout my career)

General Hatha Yoga Classes
Restorative Yoga
Yin Yoga
Chair Based Yoga
Yoga for Older People
One to One Sessions
I started Yoga, initially, to help with a back injury. I enjoyed my practice so much, and felt the benefits, that I completed my Teacher Training. I want to help make Yoga accessible to everyone regardless of health, fitness levels or age.
I am also currently training with YogaKidz Worldwide to become a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher.
