Hastings Kickboxing Academy (HKA) prides itself on combining professional tuition run in great facilities with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
With over 22years’ experience and with 2 fully equipped gyms, Carl Denne successfully runs Hastings Kickboxing Academy the newly fitted out gym.

HKA is not just a gym that produces great fighters, we help many members gain confidence, develop their fitness and achieve success in grading and competitions. At the club we hold grading three times a year and are one of the few clubs in East Sussex that is externally graded by R.C.U.K. (Ring Combat UK).
Hastings kickboxing has recently moved (September 2013) into body sculpture gym, this brand new centre boasts over 5000sqft floor space, A very large free weights are cardio section, with a separate DOJO matted area of over 1400sqft. (HKA)
We have 2 large male and a female changing room, Showers, plus free safe parking for 400 cars. (so no 10 minutes trying to drive around looking for a space, paying and then followed by a 10 minute walk)
We are delighted to have our very own on board Sports massage specialist on site, Kerry Barden, Owner of Elm Wood massage, Kerry specialises in Sports massage, Injury treatment, Acupuncture, Orthotics and much more.
Hastings kickboxing is the longest, most established and more important of all, qualified Kickboxing Academy in Hastings and is growing from strength to strength in every possible way.
Carl is heavily involved with schools and community centres throughout the local area. He promotes healthy, active living with a focus on fitness, as well as supporting anti-bullying ethics by working with children of all ages to build self-confidence. In the last 2 years, HKA has produced a ringmaster, British and 5 nations Title holder, 2013′s ICO National Champion, along with a bronze and silver world medallist.
HKA have had many bouts over the last year, and were still proud to hold around a 70% success rate,

To take it more seriously we have 3 advanced classes, our fighters train in, they also attend the beginner’s sessions to help improve their basics. If this is not enough they have Full use and FREE access to The Hive, a tailor made gym build and designed with one thing in mind, helping our Fighters become the best they can be.
