Yue Elaine

General information

Elaine has worked in the NHS as a heath care professional since 1979. Her experience has motivated her to think about different concepts of managing health care which led her to enhance her skills and qualifications in western medicine by supplementing these with 3.5 years of acupuncture training at the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading, which is affiliated to the University of Kingston. She is trained as a Five elements acupuncturist. Her knowledge and experience of pregnancy and childbirth have given her an insight into how acupuncture can supplement and improve treatments for a range of conditions including in infertility/IVF. She passionately believes in the benefits of good acupuncture treatment and in work together with other medical professionals.

Elaine was amongst the first group Zita West acupuncturists in the UK and she had a particular interest in using acupuncture as part of a holistic approach to IVF and infertility treatment.
