Hampstead Reflexology is owned and run by Stephanie Myers MAR.

Stephanie qualified as a reflexologist in 2000 and has nearly 15 years’ experience as a reflexologist serving clients in Hampstead, Knightsbridge and Hertfordshire.

Stephanie is one of the UK’s most talented reflexologists with deep experience of reflexology both as a holistic treatment for well-being and as a complementary pain management therapy for those suffering from illness or disability.

For many years, Stephanie was the in-house reflexologist at Harvey Nichols.

Stephanie’s reflexology treatments are a holistic therapy which bring harmony and well-being as well as complete peace of mind.

Stephanie also has extensive experience of reflexology to alleviate suffering and distress in all forms of chronic illness. Stephanie has worked at The Disability Foundation and at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital for over 11 years where she gained specialist expertise in using reflexology to complement pain management strategies. Her healing reflexology have helped alleviate pain for numerous clients including those suffering from chronic long term conditions, amputees, and other illnesses such as Parkinsons, Muscular Dystrophy, Autism, Cystic Fibrosis and those undergoing Cancer treatment.
