General information

I'm a Derby based freelance personal trainer who specialises in fat loss and posture correction. I work out of Breadsall Priory and Unique Fitness Studio on Great Northern Road. I'm trained in Intrinsic Biomechanics, which in my opinion everybody should have a screening of, it really can make a huge difference to how you move and feel, especially when exercising.

What do I want this page to achieve?
The intention is to help people, I see so many people in the gym doing exercises incorrectly or spending hours there sweating but not changing their physique. Maybe you have recurring injuries or just can't manage to lose weight and sustain it. Whatever it is, ask the question and I'll do my best help you. I intend to do some videos on how to do certain exercises or how to target particular muscles, but only if people request them, so ask away?
