My aim is to inspire my clients and facilitate the changes they want in the most effective way for each individual that comes to see me. I firmly believe we already have all the resources we need, it’s just that sometimes, we don’t have access to our innate talents. Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses a variety of techniques that enable me to create a unique solution for each one of my clients.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help people re-engage with what they already know about themselves to make the changes they want in their lives, whether it be reducing stress and anxiety, dealing with depression or facing a life changing challenge such as the ending of a relationship, redundancy or bereavement.

As a Confident Childbirth Hypno-birthing practitioner, I teach mums-to-be about the power of the supportive unconscious, showing them how their minds can work with their bodies so that they can be in tune with their natural instincts and approach the birth of their baby with confidence and excitement.
