General information

My interest as an hypnotherapist is in helping people find their own strength and resources to improve their lives. Through the combination of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Ideodynamic techniques I work with both mind and body to establish new patterns of behaviour grounded in actual psychobiological improvement and health. My approach is individually tailored and focused on allowing you to reach the results and goals that will affect a lasting significant change in your life, whether you wish to have more confidence, health, mental and physical balance and energy, or you wish to let go of fears, anxieties, lack of confidence.

I also work with artists, writers, performers, dancers and choreographers to address any blocks they might experience in their creative practice and development.

I have studied Hypnotherapy with Stephen Brooks, the man responsible for introducing this therapy to the United Kingdom, and I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist having completed several post-graduate qualifications with the British Hypnosis Research and Training School (BHRTS). I am a registered practitioner with both the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the General Hypnotherapy Standard Council (GHSC).
