EGH train every Monday and Thursday in the Dojo in Rickards Street Graig, Pontypridd
Children from from 5 years to 8 years 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Children from 8 years upward 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Adults from 7.30pm.
And every Wednesday at Tonteg Community Hall Tonteg from 5.30pm to 6.00pm (Children only).
You don't need a Judo kit just wear loose-fitting trousers (e.g. track-suit or jogging bottoms) with no metallic accessories such as zips or buttons.
A non-fizzy drink is also recommended as drinks are not available at the club.
