I am Suzie Hawker and I run Shoreham Baby Massage, these are classes where I teach parents how to massage their baby or babies. Baby Massage is used all over the world and has been for hundreds of years.
In the busy lives we all have today baby massage is a great way to spend time bonding with your baby, the classes consist of either a 3 or 4 sessions, in the sessions you will build up knowledge of many different massage strokes you can do with your baby.
Baby massage has many benefits including, aiding sleep, colic, constipation and general digestion.
Group classes will get you in touch with other parents and studies have shown it to help premature babies and people suffering with post-natal depression.
