General information

Horticulturalist, Designer and Topiary Master Eyre Coote Sykes has had twenty years of gardening experience. Having studied Horticulture at Kingston Maurward, Eyre went on to train on his Uncles estate Holker Hall in Cumbria. This was invaluable experience and Eyre's fingers officially turned green.

Eyre's combined love of nature and design is a triumph to behold! He has a loyal and diverse client list due to his passion and the care he takes over each and every project. It is very important to Eyre that the client is happy and that the service provided is second to none.

Based both in West London and West Dorset but always happy to take on projects further afield!

In addition to designing and building gardens, fifteen years ago, alongside his mother Harriet Sykes, Eyre started a Topiary Nursery: Bellamont Nurseries, in the grounds of his family home in West Dorset. It is still very much in action, just smaller with more of a variety of topiary trees both grown on site and sourced by hand from different Nurseries all over Europe! Eyre offers a tree consultation and if his Nursery can't provide he will personally travel to select the best trees for your project.
