Syms Bacon Jam

General information

I set up Syms Pantry as a vehicle to take existing favourites already out there and add my twist hopefully making them more tasty and more appealing. On the menu thus far have been, superb hand raised pork pies achieving second place in the professional pie section of Cakes vs Pies @carfest South 2015 with Paul Holywood and Chris Evans. My huge Scotch eggs seem to have an amazing following and will be available again soon as will my super pies.

One of my greatest achievements in 2015 thus far has been securing a place in the Top 50 of the BNTS run by OCADO. The judges loved my products but would not list them as we were not SALSA accredited at the time, but now we are so we hope to see them listed with OCADO shortly.

My Syms Bacon Jam in three flavours and yes it is made with real bacon!!! Then there is my Mayonnaise with Bacon and my Tomato Sauce with Bacon. All are currently on sale at some of the best award winning foodie locations including Snape Maltings, The Suffolk Food Hall, Jimmys Farm, Elveden Farm Shop, The Darsham Hamper, Proctors in The Walk in Ipswich and Red Lion Walk in Colchester, Friday Street Farm Shop, Marlesford Shop & Cafe, The Pantry in Newmarket to name but a few.
