A little information about myself.

-I'm not claiming to be better than any gym or any other instructor or trainer, all I will say is that my clients results speak for me.

-I have been into Martial Arts since the age of 11 and I have been obsessed with fitness and combat sports since!

*In 2009 I took my first trip to America, where I did a three week PT course at the API in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Athletic Performance Inc. (API) at the time was the home gym to Ex-UFC Champion Sean Sherk and Ex-WWE Star Brock Lesnar. API are known for their famous 'Caveman Training' and is one of the, if not the harshest fitness course in the US, catering for elite member groups like the FBI and Navy Seals. I passed the course with them and became the first and still the only person in the UK to be API Certified.

*In 2009 I also turned professional, since then I have had over 20 professional bouts in Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and Kickboxing, including various lower level competitions! I have also fought at 5 different weight classes starting from the lowest at `59kg, 62kg, 66kg, 70kg & 72kg` This is not including any catch-weight bouts I have had.

*Not including the years of training, I have over 8 years of Professional fighting experience. I have been at both sides of the cage and ring and seen what is required and also experienced what is required. I believe that this in itself is worth more than any training course! You cannot beat experience.
