Castletoun Cottages

General information

Stable Yard Cottage was originally built as part of the accommodation of an old coaching inn, now called Castletoun House. The cottage has been sympathetically restored and furnished in a pleasing mix of contemporary and period styles which makes it warm, homely and spacious. In particular the upstairs seems more like a house than a cottage, as there is masses of room with both a big bathroom and an excellent shower room. Downstairs in the well equipped modern kitchen you can try your hand at the two oven Aga or fall back on the combi oven/microwave - either will produce great results. The living room is perfect for all the family to gather in, to enjoy the evening warmth of the wood burning stove, watch the television or browse the internet using the free WiFi.
