Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga based around a set sequence of postures and a controlled breathing technique.
Clare has been practising Ashtanga yoga since 1994 and teacher trained with Derek Ireland in 1996. She has been teaching in Derby since 2001 and is the only resident Ashtanga teacher in Derby.
