Opus Therapy Solutions is comprised of a team of four therapists who came together based on a shared passion and vision for providing an effective, ethical and compassionate psychotherapy service, which seeks to empower those with mental health problems to reduce their suffering and enjoy a better quality of life. Between us we possess over 30 years of experience and a wide range of specialist training in evidence based therapies that can help in the management of a number of mental health problems. We are also able to signpost you to a vast range of other services who may be able to help and support.
