Hi, I'm Sharon. I lost over 8 stone and SIX dress sizes in just 10 months by following the Cambridge Weight Plan step program which taught me how to change my eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle for good.
I've been a full-time Cambridge Consultant for over 10 years helping hundreds of clients lose weight successfully in that time and have trained many others who have also become Cambridge Weight Plan Consultants too.
I am based in Loughton and see my clients on an individual basis either in my home office or in the comfort of your home so consultations are always private and strictly confidential
My working hours are 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Monday to Saturday; 5.30 pm - 9.00 pm on Tuesday evenings (home-based) and 2 pm - 6 pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (mobile visits).
