Wild Workouts
Our next Wild Workout will be Ibiza may 2015
An all inclusive, warm weather, Wild Workout break, in a stunning luxury villa on the south coast of the beautiful, wild island of Ibiza.
Ideal for all fitness levels.
Perfect if you are trying to build muscle, lose weight, prepare for an event, change your lifestyle or if you would just like an active holiday on a beautiful island.
Our core aim is to inspire long term change to your training, diet and lifestyle.
We will provide the perfect, positive stress free environment and challenging exercise sessions for kick starting your new/improved approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle, sending you home energised, motivated and probably lighter!
Dates: Wednesday 13th—Monday 17th May 2015
Check in: From 5pm. Wild Workout activities start 0730 on Thursday
Check out: 5pm Monday 17th - Wild workout activities end 1700 Sunday
The Villa Nestled in the hills above Es Cubells, Villa Can Jordi is on the south coast of Ibiza, just 16km from Ibiza airport and 2km from the beach.

Daily Structure -
07.00 - Good Morning!
07.30 - 45 minute Cardio (run, jog or power walk through the stunning countryside)
08.30 - Breakfast and discussion
10.30 - 1 hour Training Session
11.30 - By the pool
12.30 - Lunch and discussion
14.30 - Hike
16.00 - Break and Snack
17.00 - Core and Stretch
19.00 - Dinner

£550 per person - based on two sharing a twin room
£55 discount for current fitnessjonas clients on training packages 2 and 4
Flights and holiday insurance are not included in the price and should be booked separately.
All clients attending Wild Workout should be aware of and accept the risks involved - All clients are advised to seek medical advise from their GP before booking. Travel insurance with hazardous activities cover and comprehensive personal injury cover is highly recommended.
