I’m Julie Finn, Health and Wellness Coach and Owner of the Coach and Enterprise.

I’m PASSIONATE about helping people FEEL GOOD .

Not just in terms of achieving the weight you want, ALSO in terms of developing total SELF-CONFIDENCE and BELIEF as well as FOCUS , ENERGY and FREEDOM from self-destructive habit patterns.

That’s why I teach a MIND and BODY approach to wellness.

I teach you HOW to change.

I show you HOW to change self-destructive habits and replace them with POSITIVE, POWERFUL, EMPOWERING success strategies.

WHY HEALTH AND WELLNESS? WHY ME...

I was always STRESSING OUT about food and weight all the time. It was driving me CRAZY.

I was trapped in a cycle of OVEREATING – STARVING – OVEREXERCISING.

I knew I had way more potential than that!

It took me 20 years to find a solution that really worked. Where I could achieve my natural body weight and FEEL GOOD physically and mentally.

And the FIRST TRANSFORMATIONAL STEP for me was learning how my MIND and self-doubting THOUGHT patterns were at the ROOT CAUSE of the problem.

Learning HOW to deal with NEGATIVE EMOTIONS was another key step, and having a coach to guide me through the set backs and fear of failure.

All this led me to transform my mental and physical wellbeing.

I was able to stop self-sabotaging and end the pattern of trying to beat, starve and over-exercise myself into the body I wanted. I learned how to respect my body, stop OVER-THINKING and OVER-STRESSING food all the time.

Now I can FOCUS on what REALLY MATTERS.

Building my business. Making time for relationships. Having fun. Adventuring.
