Monday
7:00 - 8:30pm: Pads and Bags - This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all - complete beginners, intermediate, or advanced, and is a non sparring lesson. Get fit without getting hit. The session consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by pad-work and/or bag work. This may include Boxing on Spot/Focus pads, Muay Thai kicks, knee's, elbows on Thai Pads, Punch Bags, Kick Bags, and more.
Tuesday
6:00 - 6:45pm: Elite Fitness Cardio - This session is for those of you that are looking to either lose some weight, or simply improve your cardio, stamina, and general fitness. No partner needed for this class, and it's open to everyone.
7:00 - 8:30pm: Drills and Skills Thai Boxing - This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all WAKT students, and consists of controlled techniques and sparring drills, a great way to learn the fighting art of Muay Thai in a controlled environment. Graded students should be in full colours (uniform) & have a valid license (insurance).
Wednesday
6:00 - 6:45pm: Under 14's Thai Boxing - A fun Muay Thai session for ages 5 years to 14 years of age. The lesson consists of a cardio warm-up followed by stretching, before moving onto Thai Boxing techniques and drill.
7:00 - 8:30pm: Pads and Bags - This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all - complete beginners, intermediate, or advanced, and is a non sparring lesson. Get fit without getting hit. Thursday
6:00 - 6:45pm: Elite Fitness Power & Strength Circuit - This is circuit training WAKT style, and involves speed ball, heavy bag, agility ladder, sand bag, kettle bells, ab wheel, fit balls and more. No partner needed for this class, and it's open to everyone.
7:00 - 8:30pm: Muay Thai Mashup - This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all WAKT students, complete beginners, intermediate, or advanced. The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by a mix of either pad-work, sparring drills, bag-work, clinch, or all of the above.
Saturday
10:30am - 12:30pm: Fighter Squad - This is our toughest session, and where all students that attend will train as an active fighter. This doesn't mean that you have to fight, it's basically putting together everything you've learned from our other sessions and using it for real.
This is Muay Thai.
Costs
All of our sessions are 'pay as you go', and there are no member fee's or nasty direct debits.
Elite Fitness - £4 per session
Under 14's Thai Boxing - £4 per session
Adult Thai Boxing - £5.00 (£4.00 concessions) per session
Fighter Squad - £6.00 (£5.00 concessions) per session (2 hours)
Private Lessons - £25.00 per 1 hour session (up to 4 people).
Block Buy 1 - Buy 6 weekday sessions, get 1 free (30 day period)
Block Buy 2 - Buy 10 weekday sessions, get 2 free (60 day period)
Active WAKT Fighters - Train at 50% discount when training for a fight.

Tuesday
7:30 - 9:00pm: Muay Thai - This session is for mixed ability adults & open to everyone.
Friday
6:30 - 7:30pm: Under 14's Thai Boxing - This Thai Boxing class is suitable for juniors aged between 7 years and 13 years of all abilities. The lesson consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by training techniques & drills 7:30 - 9:00pm: Muay Thai - This session is for mixed ability adults & open to everyone.
