Hello and Welcome.

i am an experienced and leading Therapist and Trainer and i help people overcome all sorts of destructive and negative behavioral and emotion problems quickly by using the latest and the most advanced techniques and skills from Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Lingustic Programming), and Psycho Sensory therapies such as Thought Field Therapy, Emdr, and Havening to help you get fast, long-term results,

All my sessions are approx 90 minutes as this is a substantial amount of time for me to help you to make the lasting changes you want, therefore normally between 1 – 4 sessions is only whats needed , however some people resolve their issue in just the one session.Sometimes for fears and phobias change can take as little as 30 minutes and that may sound too quick to be true but our brains makes fears and phobias almost instantly, which means it can be as quick to eliminate them. So there is no reason to see a therapist weeks and months on end , not now days with the ever increasing exploration into neuro science and new scientifically proven therapies being found .

The issues i specialise in are Fears/Phobias,, Anxieties , and Addictions , but its not just these issues that i deal with as i have a vast amount of experience in dealing with all sorts of different ones that can be found at the bottom of this page.

I also do counselling sessions which last approx 60 minutes

I offer a confidential service and a free 30 minute face to face or telephone consultation, to help you to decide if I’m the right therapist for you.During therapy and out of therapy i give all my clients my full support as we work as a team and you are the most important member!

I am a accredited trainer of Hypnotherapy and NLP and a GHSC validated practitioner as well as being a member of the GHR and a member of the ANLP. These professional bodies are the largest governing bodies of Hypnotherapy and NLP in the UK and ensure that I hold appropriate qualifications gained via an approved training provider and operate correctly.

I continue to further and update my skills and knowledge with Continuing Professional Development by attending regular training, seminars and workshops in the UK, and USA, sharing everything i learn with my clients so that you can better yourself and better your life.
