Tyneside Sports Therapy (TST) is a Wallsend based Sports Therapy Clinic.
The owner Chris, is a qualified and insured Level 5 Advanced Clinical Sports Therapist and fully accredited by the STO (Sports Therapy Organisation).
Chris is also a very keen athlete, making him aware of how frustrating injury or niggles can be and their impact on training and functional daily living. With this in mind TST aims to help sporting and non-sporting individuals return to functional fitness using various soft tissue treatments and formulating individual rehabilitation plans.
Prevention is always better than cure so TST also offer preventative maintenance such as postural assessment / correction and Deep Tissue Sports Massage.
