Sussex Reflexology aims to empower ultimate well-being for women across the globe by providing information, advice and support on womens health topics. I have 28 years experience in healthcare which started when I trained as a nurse in The Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps in 1984. In 2007 after many years of using reflexology and complementary therapies on myself and my family I qualified as a reflexologist. I am passionate about integrative health and actively support the use of orthodox medicine alongside complementary therapies. Poor lifestyle choices cause 70% of all disease. My goal is to help you be better informed and educated as to options available to you so you can be healthier , happier and have ultimate wellbeing.
