Cheryl Harper Wilson is a professional in patisserie, recipe writer, creator, food blogger, sugar artist, chocolatier, and the Owner/Designer of Riviera Couture Cake Company, based in the beautiful Spa town of Buxton, Derbyshire.
Riviera are one of Derbyshire's leading cake designers. Cheryl's cake creations have been admired and gained global recognition. She has show cased her her work in various magazines alongside some of the most recognisable and renowned names within the food industry - The hairy Bikers, Marcus Wareing, Luisa Zissman & Zoe Clark to name a few.
For the past 2 years Cheryl has designed, baked & decorated cakes to individual client specification. She designs Couture edible works of art for - Wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, christenings, anniversary's, co operate events, business & media.
