At Essentia Counselling & Psychotherapy Caroline offers a range of proven therapies to individuals and couples who are facing change and concerns and who want a properly qualified professional to guide and support them.
She is a full member of the BACP and holds a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, and is a member of the International NLP Trainers' Association. She has many years of successful experience of helping people by using Counselling, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Business Coaching, and Hypnotherapy as well as a Coach and Mentor.
Basing her style on the Humanistic, Eclectic style of counselling which is a combination of many models of therapy. This includes all areas of life from relationships, to general health and wellbeing. After an initial consultation, Caroline will discover the most appropriate combination of Counselling, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming or Hypnotherapy to help you.
