General information

HypnoReiki (Trade Marked) is a hugely empowering, peaceful and relaxing experience. The technique I have created embraces both hypnotherapy and reiki into one gentle yet powerful enjoyable healing session. It is beneficial on every single level mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

A bit of History - I developed the idea from my extensive experience as both a Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master/Teacher and I also work as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Coach within my private practice of many years, Swans Therapy, Bournemouth with my partner and husband John.

Here I see many people from all walks of life for the relief of stress and anxiety. People who are experiencing particular challenges in their lives, relationships, professions and occupations. Trying to juggle family, relationships, commitments, careers and professional responsibilities. As a result the negative impact develops into stress related illnesses which sadly are on the increase, and so limiting peoples ability to really embrace, enjoy life and engage in fun social activities which are so important for health and well-being.

I was inspired to combine Hypnotherapy with Reiki as a full therapeutic treatment after observing and reflecting on the positive individual results and healing that my clients experienced. I knew they were the kind of people who would give me genuine and honest feedback.

I am delighted to say the high level of treatment and relaxation they received from my HypnoReiki method was reported as being incredibly positive and successful.
