General information
Why a psychologist opens a physical therapy practice? When I started psychology, my main interest was on happiness and well-being, but I always I believed that physical well-being plays a huge role in happiness and psychological health. For that reason, I took subjects in human biology and nutrition at university, as well as studying remedial massage and sports therapy, injury and rehabilitation alongside my first degree.
The result of my passion for health, happiness and well-being is Phoenix Therapy. My endeavour is helping my patients to deal with pain, lack of mobility, stress and anxiety, or to get them back to their sporting activities or full potential, whilst being sensitive to my their physical and mental interconnection.
