Studio Service -
If you prefer training away from home & you like a gym environment studio 23 is the best place to do it. A fully equipped fitness studio with modern gym equipment & a relaxed comfortable spacious environment combined with my skills, you will have all you need to achieve your goals. All sessions are tailored for you & include not only goal & achievement tracking but a nutritional plan & fitness plan also. I have the skills to help you reach any goal whether that is muscle gain, body sculpting, weight loss or injury rehabilitation. Together with my motivation & your determination we can make the change you have always wanted to.

Home Service-
Whether time is an issue, travel is a problem; you have your own gym, but have no idea how to use it? Or you simply do no have the confidence to train in a gym. I take all the hassle out of getting to the gym or motivating yourself to get out the house by coming to you! With all my on equipment all I require is you have a room with enough space to train in! If not have no fear; we can take it outside in the garden or a local park.

All sessions are tailored for you & include a personalised fitness program & personalised nutritional plan. All session packages include regular goal & achievement tracking.
