CrossFit Tonbridge is a strength and conditioning facility based in Tonbridge - only 2 minutes from the A21 junction.
At Crossfit Tonbridge we deliver high intensity functional training that gets rapid results.
We deliver the best aspects of olympic, weightlifting, kettlebells, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, rowing and running, all performed in small group settings under the supervision of trained professionals.
