General information
My name is Lee and I run a small computer company for homes and small businesses called I Support IT. I have over 18 years in the computer industry, providing support on Phones, Laptops, Desktops and Servers.
I want to provide a personal, trustworthy experience for all my customers so please feel free to contact me for any issue, it doesn't matter how small or large, I will be happy to help.
I try to keep my charges to a minimum and my charging model as simple as possible.
The first 30 minutes of support that I provide will be for free, this may be on the phone, remotely connected or in person.
I may be able to fix your issue within 30 minutes, if so then there will be no charge. This window also gives me time to asses how long I think it will take to fix your issue, and I can then provide you with an estimate cost.
