my name is George James Gibson and I am a fully qualified and committed fitness instructor! And also a personal trainer in training.
My main goal is to help you achieve whatever you set out to do, no matter how long it may take or how hard it may be!
What sets me apart from every other personal trainer is my friendly and approachable attitude and the genuine care and support that you will receive throughout your fitness journey with me.
Your time is valuable and it is my job to help you make the most of your workouts whether they are in the gym or at home.
I can design an exercise programme and nutrition plan that fits in with your lifestyle and gets the results you are looking for.
